About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by K.A.T SIGNS — Khetout Al Tahaluf Advertising LLC, and the ordering of signage and advertising services through it. By using the site or placing an enquiry you accept these terms.

Quotations & orders

• Quotations are prepared from the information you provide and are indicative until confirmed by a site survey.
• Orders are confirmed in writing and may require an advance payment as agreed in the quotation.
• Production timelines start after design approval, receipt of any agreed advance and — where applicable — government permit approval.

Permits & approvals

We manage signage permit applications with the relevant UAE authorities (municipalities, RTA, SEDD and others) on your behalf. Authority fees, requirements and approval timelines are set by the authorities and may change; we advise on them in good faith but cannot guarantee an authority’s decision or processing time.

Designs & intellectual property

Content on this website (text, images, branding) belongs to K.A.T SIGNS — Khetout Al Tahaluf Advertising LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Artwork, logos and brand assets you supply remain your property; you confirm you have the right to use them, and we may photograph completed installations for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Warranty & liability

Fabrication and installation are covered by the workmanship warranty stated in your quotation. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Sharjah courts.
